Unused, unwashed pillowcases and shams, folded in their original wrapping, within 30 days of delivery.

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send the return address.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If something arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it.

If a seam opens or there's a fault in the cloth, send a photo — we'll replace or refund it.
