What you get	Order Notifications. Order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications and replies to HELP. Frequency: Varies based on order activity. Marketing. Recurring promotional offers, new-product announcements and special campaigns. Frequency: Varies, generally up to 4 messages per month. Each has its own unchecked box and is stored as its own consent.
Terms acknowledgment	A third box on each form confirms you have read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. It is not consent to receive texts; texts are sent only for the category boxes you tick.
Joining	Tick one or both unchecked boxes (Order Notifications, Marketing) on the Get texts page or at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
GLP-1 Info request messages	Cherish Hour is operated by Lana Bliss LLC. If you request more information, your details go to Lana Bliss LLC, and they contact you. Cherish Hour does not sell or prescribe GLP-1 medication. If you tick the consent box on our GLP-1 Info page, Lana Bliss LLC may contact you by phone, text message and email about GLP-1 wellness information.
