Why an envelope closure

An envelope closure is a flap inside the open end of the pillowcase. You push the pillow in, then tuck the flap over its end.

It keeps the pillow from slipping out, and there's nothing to break, lose or scratch your face.

To put a case on quickly: turn it inside out, hold the far corners of the pillow through it, and flip it over the pillow.
